On Jan. 22, the Tennessee Grow Your Own Center shared insights on expanding teacher apprenticeships in rural communities during the Educator Registered Apprenticeship Intermediary鈥檚 first information session of 2025. The event highlighted how teacher apprenticeships serve as a critical strategy in addressing teacher pipeline challenges and ensuring every student has access to well-prepared educators.
The center was also joined by , one of the ERA鈥檚 newest partners, who showcased how they are increasing access to educator exam support and preparation coursework for aspiring teachers nationwide.
